Melanie Brim, the Founder and Principal of Melanie Brim Consulting, brings extensive experience from her dedicated career in the healthcare industry. With a profound understanding of the challenges impacting today's healthcare workforce, she is committed to helping organizations identify and implement solutions to strengthen healthcare workforce capacity. Melanie is a graduate of Indiana University where she received both her B.S. in Medical Record Administration and her Master of Health Administration She completed the Health Literacy Specialist Certificate Program through the Institute for Healthcare Advancement. In her spare time, she is an avid supporter of para-athletics.
